In her 2025-2026 season, Erica returns to the Catholic University of America to direct Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmélites and returns to the Victorian Lyric Opera Company to direct Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love. She makes her directing debut with Opera Lafayette working on their concerts “Queen of Hearts” and “New Woman.” Erica returns to Opera Theatre of Saint Louis as an Apprentice Assistant Stage Director for their productions of Adam Guettel’s The Light in the Piazza and Gounod's Romeo and Juliet.
