In her 2024-2025 season, Erica directs Puccini's La bohéme with The Catholic University of America and returns to L'Opera Comique de Washington to direct Offenbach's La Grande-Duchesse de Gérolstein. She joins the staging staff of Opera Theatre of Saint Louis as an Apprentice Assistant Stage Director for their Festival Season.
