In her 2023-2024 season, Erica directs Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Sorcerer with Victorian Lyric Opera Company, Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte with Loudoun Lyric Opera, Offenbach’s La Vie Parisienne with L’Opera Comique de Washington at the Embassy of France, and Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Gondoliers at Duke Ellington School of the Arts. She also assistant directs for James Harp’s production of Puccini’s Tosca with Maryland Opera.
